There are many food festivals in NYC, but if you’re looking for a new experience, then you need to check out the Harlem EatUp! Festival starting on May 15 until May 21. With the weather warming up, this festival will make for a fun-filled day walking around the Harlem Stroll. The Harlem Stroll is located at Morningside Park. You could sample the best foods Harlem has to offer! You could try food from Beauty in the Kitchen, Limation, Egunsi Foods, and many more!
Also, you’ll be exposed to the diverse culture that makes up Harlem with art all around. The whole week is jam-packed with tons of events! Join renowned chefs and food tastings as well as musical acts that are native to Harlem. The festival will also include many renowned chefs like Marcus Samuelsson (of Red Rooster Harlem), “JJ” Johnson (of Minton’s), Laurent Tourondel (of L’Amico) as well as other chefs that have restaurants in Harlem.
Harlem EatUp will donate net proceeds to various charities based in Harlem such as CityMeals on Wheels, which provides meals to the homeless population, in the particular the elderly. Harlem Park to Park is another organization that will benefit from the generous proceeds from the festival. This organization encourages small businesses to grow within the community. If you’re looking to indulge in rich culture and help local charities, this festival will help you to do both! Check out their website for more information on events throughout the whole week!

The economics of trade shows have shifted. Yet the ROI conversation is still murky. As trade show costs rise, budgets aren't keeping pace, creating pressure on event organizers.
If you’re an event organizer, you know the drill. Event goals often sound fantastic in the initial brainstorming session, but when it’s time for execution, they can easily collapse.
Let’s be honest: there was a time when great content and a catchy title were enough to pull in a crowd. But today, events have become a go-to marketing play, and now, everyone’s in the game.
